Helmick Corporation

Helmick Corporation, founded in 1901, manufactures boiler tube shields, clinker grinders, ash handling replacement parts, pulverizer replacement parts, and pulverized coal transport piping components.

They have been a major re-manufacturer of clinker grinders since 1980 as suppliers to over 100 different locations throughout the U.S. and Canada. They are known throughout North America as the only major manufacturer which specializes in abrasion resistant improvements to replacement parts for use with Allen-Sherman-Hoff, United Conveyor and Combustion Engineering systems. Casting hardness over 700 Brinell (BHN) is available for many applications where 350 to 450 BHN are the norms from the OEM. Positive part identification is done through use of the original OEM part number.
